“Bedding was clean. We had a bug infestation. Ants and some small flying bugs. Didn’t sleep good worried about bed bugs. Found a dirty towel under sink along w scattered hairs throughout bathroom. Shower was slippery. Cleaning not done. Walls marked. Lots of sound from bordering rooms. Thought Wyndham was a better brand!”

“Place sucks we never even got checked in!! Waited in the lobby for 25 minutes which they will see on camera and no one even came to the desk. Went to the la Quinta down the road and stayed there and just saw on my Mastercard the Bellis in charged me on my Expedia booking which was pay plat property option $116 Canadian dollars and never even got to stay there . Total scam and I demand a refund ! Look at the tapes may 17th 10pm never had a single person working at the front desk ! Ghost town...

“Excellent decor, lighting and ambiance in lobby. Excellent food both in breakfast area and restaurant. Excellent staff throughout. Room was spacious, nicely furnished and well lit. Pool area in central courtyard REALLY needs work. Cement floor is very visibly worn, plants are sparse and a little anemic, pool itself needs updating, all of which results in a large focal point space that is uninviting. “The breakfast was not up to their prior standards. Very disappointed. Front desk young woman wasn’t very engaging. Spoke to supervisor on check out. Have stayed here many times. Best part this trip was the food, amazing!!! Bravo to kitchen staff. Always safe area. Clean room.”
